Our Commitment
At Living the Magick, we are committed to creating transformative healing experiences while honouring the time, energy, preparation, and resources that go into each offering. We understand that life circumstances can change, and we strive to approach cancellations and refunds with fairness, compassion, and clear boundaries.
Private Healing Sessions
Rescheduling:
Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
Requests to reschedule can be made by contacting us via email at themagick444@gmail.com.
Cancellations:

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or transfer to a future appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.

Missed appointments or no-shows are non-refundable.
In exceptional circumstances, we may offer flexibility at our sole discretion.
Healing Programs & Courses
Due to the immediate access to course materials, resources, teachings, and intellectual property, all program and course purchases are generally non-refundable.
If a payment plan has been selected, participants remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We encourage participants to carefully consider their readiness and commitment before enrolling.
Exceptional Circumstances
Requests for refunds due to extraordinary circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
Workshops, Group Sessions & Online Events
Participant Cancellation

More than 7 days before the event: Full refund or credit toward a future offering.

3-7 days before the event: 50% refund or full credit toward a future offering.

Less than 72 hours before the event: No refunds.
If you cannot attend, your registration may be transferable to another person with prior written approval.
Retreats & In-Person Events
Retreats and in-person events require significant advance planning and incur non-recoverable expenses.
Cancellation Schedule

More than 60 days before the event: Full refund minus any non-refundable deposit.

30-60 days before the event: 50% refund.

Less than 30 days before the event: No refund.
Participants are encouraged to obtain travel insurance where applicable.
Any costs associated with travel, accommodation, transportation, or other third-party providers remain the responsibility of the participant.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method where possible.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Cancellation by Living the Magick
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel, postpone, or reschedule a session, program, workshop, or event, participants will be offered one of the following:

A transfer to a future date

A full refund of amounts paid directly to us
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service and does not extend to travel expenses, accommodation costs, loss of income, or other incidental expenses.
Participant Responsibility
Healing, personal growth, and spiritual development are highly individual experiences. Participation in any of our offerings is voluntary, and results cannot be guaranteed.
By enrolling in our programs, sessions, workshops, or events, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for your own participation and personal outcomes.
